Gary Myers, Ph.D., CEO & Senior Facilitator

Gary Myers has long been a student of leadership and team development practices.  He knows the value of a strong team in reaching goals and believes that anyone, regardless of personality or past experience, can become an effective leader.  Myers holds a Master's in Sociology from Northern Illinois University and a Master's in digital sciences and doctorate in Social Psychology from Kent State University.  His doctoral dissertation demonstrated the effectiveness and benefits of leadership training delivered in a virtual environment.

Our Facilitators

VALOR, LLC facilitators hail from a wide range of backgrounds and geographic locations.  They bring a wide range of viewpoints and experience to their leadership coaching enabling them to best reach program participants.  All facilitators are graduates of the VALOR training programs and have served as mentors to a variety of client groups before being promoted to the facilitator level.
